About us:
We are arx anima, an animation studio based in Vienna's 5th district and have been producing animation cinema productions for years. We also have the courage to try every new technical challenge and innovation.
Be it pioneering in lighting with Houdini Solaris / USD workflows, the realization of a high-end MoCap studio, or the construction of the largest render farm in Austria. And besides all the R&D, features, and series we love to work on creatively animated commercials and other service work. For example, we just revived Mozart through an immersive 360° art projection about Vienna in his era.
The Project:
Monstrous Mia, the scary and at the same time very relatable story of a young girl struggling with her identity and while being sent to a monster school finds true friends and goes through personal growth helping her find her own voice.
The Position:
Join our dynamic team as a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator! You'll be an invaluable asset, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our production process. As a key player, you'll coordinate multiple production facets, manage schedules, foster effective communication among team members, and maintain a laser focus on meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities and qualifications
Coordinate and track production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues and maintain a smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with artists, production team and other team members to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and timelines.
Monitor and update project status and asset management systems.
Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis.
Conduct research and gather reference materials as needed.
Assist in organizing meetings, screenings, and presentations if needed.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and production tools.
Familiarity with the animation production process and industry terminology.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
