Summary
“Do not shake that soda bottle - it is not a volcano!” Lottie has enough of these needless grown-up rules. Lottie, an 8 year-old girl with untamed red-curled hair, freckles and an outsider at school, travels through a Magical Amulet to fantastic worlds, back and forth in time and imagination. With the help of her loyal friends, a speaking stuffed animal spider called Ace, and her geeky friend Max by her side, she encounters numerous thrilling and funny adventures. On these adventures, she also learns lessons that will help her deal with the obstacles and expectations that come with growing up, all while staying true to her rebellious spirit, youthful creativity, and big heart.
